The Rockefeller Group’s Rose Hill Coming Soon to NoMad

Skyrise Cities // May 24, 2019

Hearkening back to the golden age of Art Deco, The Rockefeller Group’s Rose Hill luxury condo project will bring a touch of early 20th-century elegance to Midtown Manhattan. Set to climb 45 storeys above its perch at 30 East 29th Street in NoMad, the CetraRuddy Arhitecture-designed Rose Hill will be capped in a beautiful bronze finish worthy of a bygone era.

Art Deco details will be on full display here, the beautiful mix of bronze detailing and retro herringbone flourishes to give the development a healthy dose of classic New York charm. Further adding to Rose Hill’s historic inspiration, the name itself is borrowed from the former Rose Hill Farm which once spread a full 130 acres across much of what is now Midtown Manhattan.

Beyond the sweeping cityscape views, of which there will be plenty, residents can expect to have their every need met via Rose Hill’s impressive collection of top-notch amenities. The tower will be outfitted with a full-service wellness club complete with a gym, spa, squash court, and spin studio, all of which will be paired with a relaxing lounge, observatory, library, dining room, and a well-appointed lobby.

Suites will range in size and configuration from studios to 4-bedroom units, with prices starting at $1.195 million (USD). Once complete, Rose Hill will be an excellent addition the New York skyline, its Art Deco detailing to truly set this project apart from the rest.

SkyriseCities will be sure to return to this project as progress continues. For more information, check out the associated Database file and Forum thread, and as always, feel free to join the conversation in the comments section below.
