Tribeca, the once industrial, now high-class Lower Manhattan enclave, is known for its array of cast-iron architecture. Four units remain, including a just-listed 7,414-square-foot maisonette with two bedrooms and 444 square feet of outdoor space that is asking $7.75 million.
