On Tuesday night, Emily Beare hosted a “chic summer rooftop cocktail party” at her and Elizabeth Beare’s luxurious penthouse listing at The Emory. Spanning two full floors, the Colin Cowie-designed apartment was the perfect location to celebrate a beautiful summer night with friends and colleagues, offering approximately 900 square-feet of outdoor entertaining space and expansive views of Manhattan, including the Empire State Building.
