Manhattan real estate industry leader, Doron Zwickel, is an Executive Vice President at CORE. Prior to joining CORE, Doron was a top producer at one of the largest brokerages in the City where he was consistently top-ranked for his high number of transactions and gross commissions. With over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Doron’s skillset includes new development sales, resale properties and high-end rentals. Doron is currently the Director of Sales at 93 Worth in TriBeCa and 241 Fifth in NoMad. He also recently leased out the luxury rental development 83 Franklin.

Doron is known for forming strategic partnerships with residential developers and working with them to conceptualize projects in their entirety. An expert on the marketability of a buildings' design, pricing and floor plans, Doron and CORE's team of highly-skilled professionals are dedicated to seeing a project through to successful completion, from the planning and branding phases to sales and closings. Due to his instinct and experience, Doron and his team have been able to successfully sell out many of the City's notable new development projects.
