Only a few weeks after CORE Madison Avenue opened its doors, agents at the new location have wasted no time learning even more about their surroundings on the Upper East Side. In order to expand on their first-hand knowledge of residential buildings in the area, several agents joined the new “Walking Tour” initiative spearheaded by Madison Avenue’s Director of Sales, Reba Miller. In preparation for the tour, agents were designated to a specific building and asked to become an expert on the property with the purpose of presenting their findings to the group.
“I assigned each agent in the Madison Office a residential building to research two weeks prior to our walking tour,” shares Reba Miller, Director of Sales of CORE Madison Avenue. “The purpose of this initiative was to learn even more about surrounding buildings by gathering information including past and present sales, history, architects , floor plans and any other interesting details. CORE agents are experts of their trade, but it’s important to continue to learn and this was a fun way for our agents to share information with one another.”
Last week, Reba and CORE agents including Kevin Mallen, Oliver Brown, Winchester Brown III, Susan Rubell, Lee Frankel, Lisa Graham, Romina Frecha, Stephen Gallagher, Mara Isbey and Jeffrey Smith visited several buildings lining Park Avenue including 480 Park, 515 Park and 521 Park. Along the tour, each agent presented the group with their findings of the buildings assigned.
“Each agent walked away with great knowledge and could not wait to do the next walking tour slated for Thursday, May 23rd,” noted Reba.
