Jeffrey Smith serves as Senior Vice President, Associate Broker for CORE. With over twenty-five years of real estate experience, Jeffrey is a real estate veteran known as one of New York City’s leading brokers.

Jeffrey utilizes his years in the profession and wealth of industry knowledge to advise clients on making wise decisions in their real estate purchases, sales and investments. He strives to provide a streamlined service by executing well-planned strategies, consistently resulting in an unsurpassed level of client satisfaction that can only be achieved by someone with his level of expertise and professional experience.

Inspired by his love of architecture and design, which began when he worked in construction during his college years, Jeffrey was driven to pursue a career in real estate. Prior to working in real estate, he was a professional musician, singer and songwriter. During this time, Jeffrey, who has a degree from Berklee College of Music, received numerous awards for his music and performances in drumming competitions.

In his free time, Jeffrey enjoys playing the piano and writing and recording music. He also enjoys boating, fishing and cooking, in addition to spending time at his home in Sag Harbor, Long Island. He currently resides in the Carnegie Hill neighborhood of the Upper East Side and is a landlord in the City.
