About Iris
Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail and enhanced customer service. That is what clients have come to rely on when working with Iris.
In the beginning of her career, Iris worked with both Revlon and Estee Lauder as a marketing manager and director. Working with two of the largest brands in the cosmetic industry on their top product initiatives gave her an understanding of consumer behavior and how to effectively market to target audiences.
She then took her love of customer service to another level by entering the hospitality industry. She was the proprietor of four restaurants in both NYC and Long Island.
Despite feeling fulfilled and enjoying the excitement of restaurant ownership, her true passion, real estate, is something she wanted to pursue full time since remodeling her first apartment and flipping it for a large profit. It was only after purchasing a home in a New York suburb did she focus full time on her real estate career.
When representing clients, Iris combines the experience gained in customer acquisition, budgeting and negotiating, and applies these skills to ensuring they get the most value for their dollar when purchasing, and the top dollar for their home when selling.
Iris holds an MBA in Marketing from NYU Stern. She resides on Upper West Side and is the proud mother of three children.
