Annilee serves as CORE’S Research Analyst for the new development team creating client and agent deliverables, comparable property reports, market and neighborhood overviews and trends, and various project-specific insights. She focuses on knowledge of the new development market including historical, current and pipeline projects. Prior to joining CORE, Annilee worked as a Strategic Client Partner, developing and executing high level targeted search strategies to build out leadership teams in NYC. With her strong family background in domestic and international real estate development, Annilee is able to pair this with her past successes in a sales and analytical mindset to bring a unique perspective to the new development team. Annilee received her B.S. in Marketing from SUNY New Paltz, School of Business and currently resides in the Upper East Side.
