Located in New York City’s tallest residential tower, Emily Beare‘s listing at One57 was profiled last week in the New York Observer. On the market for $10.75 million, unit 44B was originally purchased for $7.02 million in April, serving as as an example of Manhattan buyers purchasing in luxury condominiums and profiting in their resale soon after. Designed by famed Danish architect, Thomas Juul-Hansen, the two-bedroom home is accented by 10-foot floor-to-ceiling windows, expansive views to the south and west and solid rift sawn oak ebony floors throughout.
