(And it doesn’t even have an occupant! Madness!) Related Companies CEO Jeff Blau bought unit 14A for $21.4 million in 2008, put it on the market for $43 million in 2014, and dropped the asking price to $34.5 million in 2015. What he got on July 10 was a clean $30 million for the four-bedroom pad with 26 windows and a view of the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Reservoir.
