Opening sales began less than six months ago, and the owner is now launching listings. Pricing begins from $1.195 million.
Rose Hill is Rockefeller’s first residential project in New York City. The name Rose Hill is a nod to the location of the building in a historic section of NoMad, once part of the 130-acre Rose Hill Farm estate.
Designed inside and out by CetraRuddy, the building is inspired by Art Deco of the 20th century.
Rising over 600 feet in height and clad in an ornamental bronze façade, the property has 123 residences from studios to 4-bedrooms, many with private outdoor space.
There’s also a 37th floor private residents’ club with penthouse-like views, an observatory, library, private dining room and various indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces; and a lobby bar dubbed The Blue Room.
