Rockefeller Group’s Rose Hill, a luxury residential tower in Manhattan’s NoMad neighborhood, has commenced sales. Currently under construction at 30 East 29th Street and ultimately rising more than 600 feet, the stunning new 45-story full-service condominium building represents a marriage of classic Art Deco architecture in a modern residential setting.

Rockefeller Group’s Meg Brod says, “We are so excited to unveil Rose Hill and feel now is the right time and the right place for residences with this kind of authentic New York attitude and architectural distinction.” She noted Rose Hill is “our return to our roots – to Manhattan.”

The project is being developed in an historic neighborhood that was once known as Rose Hill, where the 130-acre Rose Hill Farm estate covered what is now known as NoMad. Featuring 123 condominiums, prices will start from $1.195 million and units will range from studios to four-bedrooms. Closings are estimated for fall 2020.
