Since being featured in The New York Times, Jarrod Guy Randolph‘s newest listing at 845 United Nations Plaza has generated a great deal of buzz in the real estate community. Located on the 32nd floor of the Trump World Tower, this elegant and modern home played host to CBS2‘s “Living Large” crew, hosted by Emily Smith. Today’s Photo of the Week shows a sneak peak of next week’s segment, already being hailed as one of the most entertaining “Living Large” segments in the past few years, according to Emily.

This expansive home has been elevated to a new level of luxury after three years of meticulous renovation. The distinctive 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom residence spans nearly 95 feet across, showcasing panoramic views of Manhattan’s iconic skyline and the East River. One of the most notable features of this home is a triple soundproof home theater, wrapped in leather and Maccasar ebony wood and complete with a Wisdom Audio Sage Series sound system and Krell receivers.
