NYFW & NYC Homes

AM New York // Sep 13, 2016

The city is one of the biggest fashion capitals of the world, which means many big name designers and models live right here in Manhattan.

With New York Fashion Week coming to a close, these exhausted designers and models can finally head back to their homes and rest.

But before they do, let’s take a tour around New York City, courtesy of StreetEasy, to see where the stars of the fashion industry live and what their high-priced pads look like.

Gisele Bundchen

Supermodel Gisele Bündchen and beau Tom Brady recently put their apartment at One Madison on the market for $17.35 million, but they’re not over New York City just yet. Instead, the couple will be moving downtown to a $20 million condo in TriBeCa. StreetEasy reports the condo, located at 70 Vestry St., is a new waterfront project by developer Related Companies.

Mickey Drexler

The CEO of J.Crew initially put his TriBeCa townhouse, located at 464 Greenwich St., on the market for $29.995 million back in May, but has since dropped the price to $27.5 million.
