Last week, The New York Times featured a neighborhood story documenting the explosive growth and popularity of Brooklyn’s Fort Greene. Noted for their expertise in the area, CORE’s Doug Bowen and Paul Johansen‘s listings at 274 Vanderbilt Avenue and 159 Carlton Avenue were both showcased in the piece. According to Doug, the average Fort Greene townhouse price in the last year was $2,043,153, while co-ops averaged $628 a square foot.
