They’re ready to sell their place, and they’re throwing in a little extra to make it happen.
Celebrity designer Nate Berkus, 47, and husband Jeremiah Brent, 33, listed their one-bedroom, New York apartment for sale for $800,000.
The prime real estate can come fully-furnished by the TLC stars themselves, but an added cost is expected, according to People.
CORE Real Estate is responsible for selling the property, which can be found on East 12th street.
The spacious, minimalist apartment features a mix of classic and modern pieces.
The color palette of the stylish pad is perfect for both males and females, with its earth-toned, white, brown, tan and black shades.
This appears to be the second move for the duo this year.
In March, the parents-of-two packed up daughter Poppy, four, and son Oskar, one, and made the move from LA to NYC.
This wasn’t the first time the duo lived in New York. Nate previously owned a home in the West Village, according to AD. The Wall Street Journal also reported that he and Jeremiah later lived in a penthouse.
Nate rose to fame as the resident guest designer on the Oprah Winfrey Show, in the early 2000s.
He has hosted a series of shows, including The Nate Berkus Show Ophrah’s Big Give, and co-stars on his own reality show, Nate & Jeremiah by Design.
He has been married to Jeremiah since May 2014.
