PROS Floor-to-ceiling windows provide good light. The kitchen features glass Valcucine cabinets. The apartment has had only one owner and doesn’t show obvious signs of wear and tear.
CONS The range is not vented to the outside. Neither of the baths has windows. The building’s tinted facade may not be to everyone’s liking.
