CORE’s new Long Island City condo development, One Murray Park, is off to a quick start, with 40% of the building’s 45 units already in contract. “Price ranges are like 2006, 2007 levels,” says CORE’s Doron Zwickel, who is marketing the building. “Some prices are even higher.”
