We scoped out homes that are currently on the market and found terraces that are perfect for lounging, dining al fresco or barbecuing for a party. A condo in Greenpoint offers a rooftop terrace that’s almost as big as the interior. On the opposite end of the size spectrum, we found a terrace on Downing Street that’s cozy and downright serene.
