#1: Crème de la Crème
Drenched in creamy beige tones, and outfitted in luxe, modern furnishings, is an apartment owned by Related Companies CEO Jeff Blau.

The apartment originally listed for $43 million back in January, and was brought down to $38 million before being taken off the market in June.
