The boutique Soho building developed and designed by KUB Capital, 150 Wooster Street, has listed another one of its high-end condos. This is the last of the building’s six apartments to hit the market, and it isn’t cheap—it’s going for a steep $14.75 million.
This particular loft is on the building’s second floor and spans 4,389 square feet with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Its details are in line with that of the building’s other apartments—high ceilings, open floorplans, a gas fireplace, marble-clad kitchen and bathrooms, those sort of things—however, this apartment has one particular perk that only one other unit within the building offers.
Loft Two, as it’s called, boasts an impressive 1,907-square-foot landscaped terrace with an outdoor kitchen. The only other condo at 150 Wooster to offer this kind of private greenery is the $35 million penthouse, which comes with a whopping 3,500 square feet of outdoor space.
