It’s been a busy fall selling season at CORE, not least because we have brought some 
incredible new agents to the firm. I am very happy to announce that Doug Eichman has joined CORE as of today and will be working from our Madison Avenue office with his associate, Ben Jacobs. Doug is an industry veteran with a depth of experience, particularly in co-op sales, as well as expertise in several neighborhoods and a number of buildings. CORE will benefit tremendously from Doug’s knowledge and well-earned reputation as a consummate professional who consistently and quietly closes deals. Since Doug is a model of humility and restraint, I will toot his horn for him by sharing that he has sold well over $200M in real estate in his 12-year career, earning him consistent and top rankings at his prior firm. Doug is always turned out like a true gentleman. If you’re lucky you may find him walking his black miniature schnauzer, Frasier, on the streets of Sutton Place where is a 20-year resident.
CORE has welcomed several new agents to our Chelsea office recently, most notably Patrick Lilly and his team of professionals. Consistently ranked by The Wall Street Journal as one of the top 250 teams of real estate agents nationally, Patrick and his team have energized the office with their enthusiasm and humor, and are keeping me and our listings team busy with their stable of exclusive listings and tremendous deal flow. A nationally sought after speaker, Patrick lectures and teaches frequently on the subject of real estate sales to a diverse audience. We are very fortunate to have him in-house and in addition to benefiting from his warmth and humor, we look forward to learning from his vast experience in the field.
Liliya Polupanets has joined CORE with a solid track record in sales and rentals on both the residential and commercial sides of the business. A quiet force with a quirky sense of humor and warm smile, Liliya is a savvy agent and tenacious negotiator for whom CORE will provide the optimal platform to grow her business. Newer to the business is Leora Hasas who comes to CORE with a solid background in pharmaceutical sales. A quick study and avid fan of all that New York City has to offer, especially on the culinary front, Leora has already proven herself to be a dealmaker and we are expecting great things from her.
A powerful partnership with a long track record of sales on the West Side of Manhattan, Sid Whelan and Reggie Grayson came on board in September and are based at CORE’s Chelsea office. Sid is an industry veteran with extensive experience in both resales and new development and particular expertise in townhouses. With an impressive resume and academic credentials, Reggie began working with Sid about two years ago. Working together at CORE, this duo is poised to become one of the top-producing teams in the business.
Another West Side veteran, Deirdre De Risi, has joined CORE’s Madison Avenue office. After working for eight years as part of a large team at a rival firm, Deirdre has opted to leverage her considerable experience and go out on her own with CORE. Her business savvy and no-nonsense approach not only benefits her clients, but has allowed her to hit the ground running upon joining CORE. Also new to Madison Avenue is Marsi Gardiner who hails from San Diego, California, and brings a wealth of experience in marketing and theater production. Marsi employs her unique skill set and her infectious warmth to the benefit of her clients and all of us at CORE.
