On Wednesday night, Emily and David Beare hosted a night of cocktails and hors d’oeuvres at their latest listing, 23 Downing Street in Greenwich Village. Guests in attendance were among the first to preview the newly-renovated 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom townhouse. Spanning 5 floors and 3,700-square-feet, the private home is as unique as it is beautiful, particularly due to the 900 exterior square feet, complete with a private garden and rooftop terrace.
