Selling New York Epilogue:”Broker’s Race”

CupCake Mania

Kirk proved to be quite the leader as he played “Captain Kirk” to his very own “Team Enterprise”. Continue reading for some exclusive information on last night’s episode of “Selling New York”!

Behind the scenes info:
The buyer who stepped forward at the party did not end up buying the apartment, but Paige put together another deal on that unit, still making her the winner of the competition. Team Enterprise has experienced tremendous success at the development, closing on many other units at The Alexander.

Follow up info:
When the team signed the $18M exclusive on the penthouse, they hit the ground running to actively market it. I have been having a field day garnering press on this stunning space with coverage including a “Dream Homes” exclusive in the “New York Post.” Also, The Alexander Penthouse has been the space to host high profile events including STARWORKS PR’s Fall 2011 fashion press preview for clients like Vivienne Westwood, Rachel Zoe and Jack Spade, art gallery shows and celebrity events hosted by magazines. It is also being considered as the site for a major New York fashion and society event (the after party for Met Costume Institute benefit).

Ryan continued to work with the buyers featured in the episode and has an accepted offer and contract out with one of these investor clients on a property on the West Side. Mark’s extensive outreach to the United Nations community has resulted in an invitation for him to address a European consulate on the subject of NYC real estate. Paige celebrated her success in winning the competition by treating herself to a cruise up the Seine in France, where she met and became engaged to a Spanish chef named Alejandro!
