Taking advantage of the gorgeous August weather, Shaun Osher graciously hosted CORE’s New Development Team out on the Hudson for an afternoon of team-building. Both the sunshine and sailing stimulated productive conversation regarding a few visible new development and restoration projects in lower Manhattan, Hoboken, and Brooklyn. CORE sends a special thanks to Captain Patrick Harris, owner of The Ventura, a century old historic sailboat which boasts affiliation with one of America’s classic works: The Great Gatsby, by F. Scott Fitzgerald.
