Pop Artists Give Gramercy’s 21st Precinct a Facelift

Featured Properties, Press // Aug 26, 2014

Capture

Last week, Gramercy’s former 21st Precinct opened it’s doors to art enthusiasts and neighborhood residents for a unique exhibit of pop art co-hosted by our client Suzuki Capital. Showcasing the work of 55 pop artists, the interior of the four-story building, located at 327 East 22nd Street, was adorned with murals and art installations throughout. Curated by Robert Aloia of Outlaw Arts, the show featured work by RAE, N. Carlos Jay, Pixote, Pesu, Salvador Elmundu, Al Diaz, URNew York, ASVP and others.

The site is slated to undergo a residential conversion to a 10-unit condominium, with CORE’s Tom Postilio, Mickey Conlon and Natalie Rakowski leading sales efforts for the project.
