Keren's listing on East 76th Street

When people hear that I spent many years in medical science doing research, they often ask “Why did you make the change to real estate?” Of course the subject matter of immunotherapy versus selling homes is entirely different. So what is it for me that makes me love working in real estate?

  • Meeting people – In my years of buying and selling homes, I have had the chance to work with clients from New York City and around the world, who are looking for everything from condos and co-ops as homes, to pieds-a–terres and investment properties.
  • Helping to assist clients in understanding their real estate needs – One of the biggest challenges I have encountered is finding the right fit for my clients that suit their lifestyle and financial goals. As the New York City experiences the lowest inventory level in recent years, having a trusted professional working behind the scenes to help manage and navigate the complexities of the market is crucial. Having the ability to help someone with these real estate decisions is something I truly enjoy.
  • Providing the latest analytical market data and trends – Recently, I have seen both buyers and sellers feeling confident about real estate.  Buyers are seeing value in owning in New York City and sellers are obtaining record highs for their properties. With this in mind, being able to provide clients with a sense of empowerment when entering the market armed with relevant industry information helps ease the stress of the search process.
  • The satisfaction of happy clients – Above all else, I love working with people and making them feel happy and successful in their sale or purchase.

As a real estate professional, I must adhere to the some principles that drove me into medical science research: honesty, respect, and integrity.  Bundled into this is the similar work ethic of dedication, discipline and sacrifice – all qualities of hard work and earned success.
