Emily Beare, one of CORE’s top producing agents, has seen more than her fair share of rooms as she sells New York. But it’s no surprise to us that the room she deems as her favorite is tucked away in her own home. After all, home really is where the heart is.
What is your favorite room? My den.
Why is it your favorite room? It is the coziest room and so beautifully decorated by Robert Passal. It has a wall full of art that I’ve been collecting for over 30 years.
What do you like to do most in this room? It is the room that my husband and I like to read, we have a large collection of books. This is also where we watch movies and just relax.
What is one unique or distinctive feature from this room? It is painted chocolate brown making it a very moody room. It is the ideal room to end your day in.
In one word, how would you describe this room? Sanctuary.
