What is your favorite room? The living room at The Flynn.
Why is it your favorite room? I love this room because of the windows. They are casement style windows that open up like full French doors and there is a Juliet balcony with a ledge to step out onto. It’s pretty spectacular.
What do you like to do most in this room? I love introducing prospective buyers to this warm, captivating space in the heart of Chelsea. The living room is a place that people tend to make the most memories at home, whether they’re entertaining guests or enjoying a quiet night in. When prospective buyers tour our units at The Flynn, they fall in love as soon as they step into the living room. And you really can’t beat that feeling of welcoming someone home.
What is one unique or distinctive feature from this room? The mill work along the windows. Because it’s custom designed, the mill work adds more character to the room and ties back to the coloring of the open kitchen.
In one word, how would you describe this room? Inviting.
