New mother and highly regarded real estate agent Alyssa Soto Brody has found success over the years from her innate ability to connect with her clients and accommodate their needs. With her new daughter in tow, it only makes sense that her favorite room allows her to understand her clients in a new and meaningful way.
What is your favorite room? My daughter Gabriela’s nursery has become my favorite room in the house.
Why is it your favorite room? It is just so peaceful, inspiring and pure. It also helps me relate to my clients that have small children or who are expecting children because I now understand how important the space is.
What do you like most about this room? The colors and the smell. I was always only into neutrals and had sworn off any shade of pink until I had Gabriela. Now I love walking into her room seeing the pink walls, colorful books on the shelves and the variety of stuffed animals in all shapes and sizes. It’s also the best smelling room in the house because it has that newborn smell and you really can’t beat that.
What is one unique or distinctive feature from this room? It has the best view of the Empire State Building. You can see the building perfectly from her window.
In one word, how would you describe this room? Serene.
