Potential new residents are now able to lease at the city’s first micro-unit development. As an added benefit to life in these uniquely designed small spaces, the building is also offering a special amenity program.
The program, developed by micro-dwelling specialists, offers features such as access to a gym, a lounge, common work-spaces and spas. The program also boasts house cleaning, laundry services and grocery shopping. Residents will be offered the option of leasing fully-furnished apartments if they choose. If those amenities weren’t exciting enough, residents can enjoy networking and socializing events along with group travel.
One has to wonder, will the benefits of these micro-dwellings create a shift in buyer’s square-footage preferences in luxury apartments?
