How 93 Worth Changed Tribeca

Featured Properties // Jul 08, 2014

93 Worth: Launch Event from CORE on Vimeo.

Come behind the scenes at the 93 Worth penthouse kickoff to hear how IGI-USA, ODA Architecture, and CORE collaborated on the concept, design and development for the building. As a new pre-war conversion on the eastern edge of Tribeca, the building has proven itself within the neighborhood community and emerged as covetable location to live. The evening included the Michael Arenella Band. After sundown the view included a projection of The Great Gatsby, in addition to a clear view of the Empire State Building to the north and One World Trade to the south.

The 92-unit condo is representative of the evolving face of Tribeca and downtown. Building amenities include a concierge, a common rooftop with panoramic city views and a kitchen station, a children’s playroom and a dog-washing area. The building features seven-foot windows, open kitchens, and original exposed steel columns.
