Last weekend in San Francisco, CORE’s Director of Marketing and Digital Strategy, Elizabeth Kosich, attended Real Estate Connect’s biannual Inman conference, where robotics, crowd funding, big data and machine learning were among the unique topics of discussion. With extensive experience in the realm of digital branding and marketing, Elizabeth was featured in a panel discussion where the roles of technology and social media in real estate were the focal points. More specifically, video marketing was one of the highlights within the conversation, an area that CORE has become very well-versed in.  Always one step ahead of the Manhattan real estate curve, CORE and its agents have been innovative in its use of online content, especially in its use of agent reel videos. Tom Postilio and Mickey Conlon’s city-chic video and Maggie Kent’s unique, movie-like project have allowed these agents to showcase their brand in a way that suits their personalities and professional images. CORE has also embraced this new media tool on the website of 93 Worth, its breathtaking new Tribeca residential development.

During her time at the Inman Conference, Elizabeth’s insight was well-respected among her peers, as she shared insight on the importance of innovation, establishing and marketing an established brand and delving into the ever-evolving tactics of CORE. Grateful and glad to exchange her expertise with other marketing leaders at the Conference, Elizabeth has granted CORE the ability to go above and beyond Inman’s motto, which reads “Be Future Proof. Own Tomorrow.”

The use of online marketing strategies have propelled CORE agents to stay creative within the New York real estate industry, directly coinciding with CORE’s evolutionary values, its use of technology consistent presence among social media channels. Ironically enough, after the discussion about the importance of social media, many tweeted their thoughts to CORE’s Twitter handle @CORE_RealEstate immediately following the conference.
