CORE Welcomes Several New Agents

Agents // Apr 02, 2014

core_new_employees_v2I’m excited to introduce several agents who have joined CORE in recent weeks, all based out of our newest office on Madison Avenue at 61st Street.

Industry veteran Andrew Farber is truly a ‘broker’s broker’ and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge about all aspects of the real estate profession to CORE. Andrew began his career in real estate by leading the conversion of his own building from rental to condominium, gaining invaluable insight in the process. He still lives in the same building and is an expert in it as well as a number of other buildings in the Lincoln Square area of the Upper West Side. Andrew also founded and runs a property management company that allows him to provide seamless service to his investor clientele. Born and raised in Budapest, Andrew lived, worked and studied in Western Europe before settling in New York.

A marketing wunderkind, Alexandra Fairweather grew up surrounded by contemporary art and turned this interest into her first business venture, selling her first piece while still in high school. She went on to start a gallery while in college, and continued this entrepreneurial streak with the creation of Fairweather Magazine, a hybrid print/web/social media publication that covers art, design, travel, fashion and culture – all subjects close to her heart. In addition, Alexandra is an accomplished documentary filmmaker. She brings an educated eye to her work in real estate and we are looking forward to great things from Alexandra.

Jenna Klein rejoins CORE after a brief stint at a competing firm where she worked as part of a team and learned all aspects of the sales process for buyers and sellers. Preferring the boutique scale and culture of CORE, Jenna came back to establish herself as an agent on her own. With a master’s degree in social work and a BA from NYU, Jenna is focusing her considerable intellect on real estate sales.

Hailing from Los Angeles where she has been a top-producing agent for over ten years, Naomi Klein has relocated to New York to expand further on her real estate career. Naomi has a sophisticated national clientele consisting of many professional athletes and figures in the entertainment industry, making New York a natural extension for her business platform.

Last but certainly not least, Cleo Vauban joins CORE after a successful career at a prominent real estate firm where she focused on an international investor clientele. Based on this business portfolio, Cleo has also developed a separate property management company to service her clients in the ongoing management of their properties in New York. Born and raised on New York’s Upper East Side, Cleo is a graduate of the Nightingale-Bamford School and obtained her AB from Tulane University. She offers her clients a native’s insight and knowledge of the buildings and neighborhoods that make up the city.
