With over $344 million in total listing volume, according to the report, CORE remains at the head of the pack among other industry powerhouses such as Warburg Realty and Keller Williams NYC. In addition to being ranked the #1 mid-sized firm, CORE was also recognized as one of the top residential brokerage firms, based on closed Manhattan deals. In this ranking, CORE placed among the top 10 of all New York City residential real estate brokerages for total sales volume and sales per broker.
