  1. Who is the living person you most admire? My wife.
  2. Who is the most interesting New Yorker you know? Amy Sillman, a recognized artist and client of mine.
  3. What is your earliest New York memory? Early 90’s. Walking up and down Canal Street with my older cousin looking for used jeans.
  4. What is the best advice you’ve ever received? Fake it till you make it.
  5. What do you consider your greatest achievement so far? My success in real estate.
  6. What are your three most treasured possessions? My dog Alabama, my new apartment in South Williamsburg and a new painting by my friend, the artist Austyn Weiner, that I just purchased.
  7. Name a movie, book or work of art that changed your life. The Informers by Bret Easton Ellis.
  8. Name one thing you always splurge on. Gummi Bears.
  9. What’s your secret talent? Show me a small detail of any building south of 14th Street and I can tell you the address.
  10. Which words or phrases do you most overuse? “I hope all is well.”
