Cocktails For A Cause

Group Photo

Last week, David Sanborn and his wife Sofia were kind enough to co-host a cocktail reception in their home at 135 West 69th Street, along with Tom Postilio and Mickey Conlon, to benefit The March of Dimes. Currently on the market for $12 million, the couple’s 19-foot-wide townhouse is situated among the area’s most handsome row of brownstones, with several pristine original details included throughout. During the event, everyone got a kick out of checking out Dave’s recording studio, his collection of Grammys and gold records, and the 100 year old teddy bear the couple found in the walls during the renovation of their 1892 townhouse.  CORE CEO Shaun Osher and fellow broker Emily Beare were also in attendance, along with Million Dollar Listing: New York star Luis Ortiz, among other guests.
