Last night we had the privilege of celebrating 93 Worth Street with great food, smooth cocktails, incredible views and a picturesque summer sunset in tow. The historic industrial building redesigned for a more modern loft-style living experience, boasts a mix of studio, one, two, three and four-bedroom residences, along with seven grand penthouses built atop the existing structure. While touring the spacious and open layouts of Penthouse 1 and Penthouse 7, guests feted on bite sized burgers and lobster rolls, alongside jalapeno margaritas and rosé, for what could be considered the tastiest sunset soiree we’ve hosted this summer. And as if that wasn’t enough, guests enjoyed an eclectic mix of summer beats by DJ Jasmine Chess on the roof terrace overlooking a crystal clear view of the Empire State Building, One World Trade, and beyond.
Amenities for the condominium building include a 24 hour concierge, a panoramic rooftop with a pergola and kitchen station, a fitness center, children’s playroom, dog washing station, bicycle storage and available private storage.
