Last night, CORE celebrated 241 Fifth with an exclusive preview of the 15th Floor Penthouse. Guests enjoyed music and summer-inspired cocktails set against stunning views of New York City’s skyline from the penthouse’s private terrace. The evening featured furnishings provided by BDDW to compliment the modern design and neutral palette that can be seen throughout the residences.
CORE CEO Shaun Osher and Director of Sales Doron Zwickel mingled with guests and shared candid insight into the project, which has the unique distinction of being the only ground-up construction residential project in Manhattan’s trendy NoMad neighborhood. Sales officially launched in late-April and the project has been tremendously successful, as noted by The New York Times.
Developed by Victor Homes and designed by Eran Chen of ODA-Architecture, 241 Fifth boasts 46 sophisticated and contemporary condominium units offering a mix of one, two and three-bedroom residences, along with two penthouses.
