His expertise also includes representing numerous buyers in new developments throughout the city, notably achieving record prices per square foot at Toll Brothers' 77 Charlton Street and achieving the first resale at The West Residential Club, where he also resides with his husband and their Morkie, Millie.
Before his real estate career, Patrick spent several years in stage directing and producing, drawing inspiration from NYC’s vibrant theater scene. He is passionate about community development and actively participates in organizations such as GLAAD’s Leadership Council, Live Out Loud, and as a top fundraiser for The Gay Men’s Health Crisis.
