About Michael
Michael Taddonio serves as Project Manager for new developments at CORE, and is involved from the pre-development stage through sellout. As a life-long New Yorker, Mike has experienced the best of everything from New York City to the Hamptons. He has flourished in serving clients through a number of projects and has earned top awards in the various sales roles he has held through the years. Most recently, Mike played a pivotal role in the success of selling Rose Hill, by leveraging his management abilities and organizational skills. He is relatable, personable, and understands how to connect with clients in a very tailor-made strategy to ensure each client gets what they need.
With a boutique approach and access to the broadest set of industry specialists, Mike works as the point person between all development and design partners and ensures the established sales and marketing timeline and budget are met for each respective project. He also provides clients with monthly market newsletters, comparable market analysis reports, sales summaries, traffic reports, and advertising plans and results.
