Jessica joins CORE working alongside top producing agent Armen Meschian.
With over 18 years of sales, marketing and management experience, she utilizes all of the skills she’s accumulated to help her clients achieve their real estate goals, whether that be to sell, buy or rent a property in NYC.
Taking advantage of new media to market properties in innovative ways, Jessica has found a competitive edge using the newest platforms, in addition to traditional real estate marketing, to reach a larger audience, connecting buyers & renters to the right property faster.
Jessica doesn’t just believe in creative solutions for marketing a property, but also in getting her clients the best possible deal. Her ability to navigate her clients through challenges with grace has been instrumental to her success. Ensuring her clients have as smooth of a transaction as possible is a top priority for her. She has a strong referral business based on the great experiences her clients have had with her, as well as the results she’s gotten for them.
When she isn’t working, Jessica is probably in the kitchen cooking a new recipe she wanted to try or out in the city with a glass of wine enjoying a good meal. She loves to travel and to get out of the city to hike to waterfalls whenever possible. In 2019, she co-founded a women’s networking group to connect women looking to support each other’s growth in their careers & businesses.
