About Eva
Eva Simpson joins CORE as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson working alongside top-producing Associate Broker Maggie Kent. Born in New York City, having owned many properties in Manhattan and as a long-term resident of Chelsea, she offers personal knowledge and experience of both condos and co-ops in the New York City marketplace.
Eva has an extensive background in providing best-in-class advisory services as evidenced by a high level of client retention and a reputation for exceeding expectations. Eva is known for her responsiveness, well-developed listening skills and tough, but fair negotiation acumen to obtain the most favorable outcome for her clients.
Prior to pursuing a career in real estate, Eva had a very successful career working for top firms as a Senior Vice President in health and welfare consulting. In that role, she was responsible for client relationships, project management and overall service delivery to many employers. As a former client relationship executive, Eva is very personable, reliable, responsive and trustworthy. She is fun to work with while still getting the job done efficiently and effectively.
Eva attended Brown University as well as Choate Rosemary Hall. With a degree in Applied Actuarial Mathematics, Eva is extremely detail oriented, organized, thorough and meticulous to help provide her clients with comprehensive and exceptional real estate services that satisfy both sellers and buyers. An extensive analytical background enables Eva to strategically research and evaluate the market and address her client’s specific needs.
Eva is fluent in Swedish and enjoys traveling, fine wine, specifically red, the theater, the arts, music and dance, especially ballet and modern dance. She also loves cars and sports, and is a huge NY Giants fan. On her downtime, she never likes to go anywhere without Whiskey, her dog not the drink.
