Testimonials
"Danielle was the bridge we needed when renting out our condo from across the country. She was always available, even with the time difference. She updated us daily, and managed our board approval process with patience and determination. She was knowledgeable about the market, offering guidance while also giving us space to make final decisions about pricing, timing and apartment updates. Within 2 weeks she found us the tenant that matched our ideal profile and we couldn't be happier."
"When Danielle approached us about listing our property, we had already received an opinion of price from another agent who had warned us not to expect to sell it for more than we had paid, even after two years of ownership. Having purchased in an HDFC building, while attempting to sell at the end of two years of COVID, our expectations were not high, but we were motivated to sell so our family could relocate outside of NY. Danielle's enthusiasm and positivity was infectious and relieving. She set the list price $80K above our purchase price and moved quickly, discretely and decisively. She provided guidance regarding what the HDFC allowed for, and prioritized the steps to prepare our home for market. She required only two open houses before receiving a full-ask offer from a qualified buyer -- a huge help to a family with two small children who had to tidy and vacate to accommodate showings. She did more than her share of the work to get the buyer’s board package in order, and sold our home at a hefty profit in very short order. As we said upon closing, Danielle 'came in like a lion and went out like a lamb.' We recommend Danielle without reservation, and wish you the same success we had in selling your NYC home."
"Finding the perfect apartment in New York is never easy, but looking from 1,500 miles away presents even more challenges. After several months of frustrating trips to see properties that didn’t meet our needs, we decided it was time to change agents. Luckily, we met Danielle. Danielle previewed many apartments in advance, discovering any flaws and sparing us fruitless visits. She managed to put together a list of strong candidates, including one not really ready for showings- the one we bought! Danielle handled the negotiations with the seller calmly and professionally. I think both sides of the transaction were happy with the result. Although other agents tried to discourage us from looking at co-ops and recommended condos instead, Danielle had no bias either way. After going through the process I see why some agents prefer not to have to go through the Board application. It’s a lot of work for the realtor! Throughout the process Danielle gave us advice and guidance, drawing on her considerable experience to make the Board application simple for us. There was never a negative feeling about it, which removed all the potential stress. It was a great pleasure to work with Danielle and I recommend her without reservations."
"As an out-of-state buyer, we relied on Danielle completely to represent every aspect of our Manhattan purchase. She handled our house hunt, negotiation, and inspection as if it were her own purchase. She held our hands all the way to the closing, and produced a successful end result. Her savvy, thoroughness, and professionalism make her a true stand-out. We would recommend Danielle with confidence and would use her again!"
“Danielle guided me through the co-op buying process and was an invaluable ally and advocate from start to finish. As a first-time home buyer, I appreciated how responsive, forthright, and proactive she is. I will happily recommend her to friends and now consider her a friend as well!”
“We partnered with Danielle because a close friend introduced her as someone we could trust in navigating us through a competitive NYC marketplace, in the midst of the pandemic. She quickly became attuned to our taste, needs, and budget. Danielle was patient with both the market and our goals. She kept all parties organized, at-ease and engaged throughout a demanding, and sometimes daunting, condo approval process. You can’t go wrong with Danielle if you want a sincere, practical and efficient agent!
