After an exciting adventure in real estate over the last ten years, it was only natural that CORE Founder and CEO Shaun Osher would want to reflect on his journey. In conjunction with this whimsical video celebrating CORE’s illustrious history, Osher muses over the past while continuing to look to CORE’s future.

It’s been ten years since I founded CORE and it’s been an incredible journey.
The ideation and creation of CORE was born out of necessity. It was my reaction to an industry with a low bar, no innovation and a bad reputation. Over the past ten years we have seen the bar raised, having implemented numerous innovative industry initiatives that are now widely adopted by both the agent and the client. We are proud to continue on our mission to make real estate better.
I’ve been incredibly fortunate to work on this mission alongside the most talented, smart and creative people. Their devotion has helped make CORE one of the top companies in one of the most competitive markets in the world.
Our work though, has only begun, and we are excited to continue to lead this evolution.
