With beautifully mild fall days a thing of the past, it’s the perfect time to bundle up and enjoy the toasty indoor activities that New York City prides itself on. Let’s ‘Warm up with New York’ and rediscover some indoor hidden gems to get us through the winter months ahead.
CORE’s Brett Caspi shares his cozy coffee excursion to beat the winter chill.
My days are often fast-paced with little or no downtime. Never knowing where my crazy schedule will take me, I know I can always count on the Marlton Hotel for some calm before the storm. I love the ambience that the lobby at the Marlton Hotel offers during the chilling and sometimes seemingly never ending winter months. To warm up during the winter season at least twice a week I leave my apartment extra early to sit by the fireplace and enjoy a cup of coffee and fresh fruit in the bohemian styled “espresso bar”. The decor, the food and the people watching always inspire me. I love spending my mornings here because this moment of my day allows me to collect my thoughts and put into action what I will achieve in the next 10 hours.
