15 Renwick launches with bold ad campaign shot by internationally-acclaimed portrait photographer Henry Leutwyler.
15 RENWICK STREET
NEW YORK, NY 10013
Launched with a bold advertising campaign, 15 Renwick debuts with an individualistic attitude on its namesake single-block street – one of only a handful in the city – embodying an insider enclave appeal. The neighborhood, once known as an historic printing district and creative haven, celebrates both artistry and industry. The building's exterior will feature a distinctive, industrial aesthetic that honors the original architecture of the street and neighborhood, while the interior will feature unconventional elements found in the most exclusive clubs. Designed by ODA-Architecture, the 31-unit building features a unique mix of 3 town homes with private yards, 4 Penthouse duplexes, and 2- and 3-bedrooms. Building features include wide-plank walnut flooring, 8-foot windows, Waterworks fixtures, Bosch washer and dryers, Crestron lighting modules, HVAC and more.
