A two-hundred dollar ($200) NON-REFUNDABLE money order made payable to the Parkchester North Condominium for processing the application. And an additional seventy-five-dollar ($75) money order for each occupant over the age of 18.
The original lease and lease riders are required by the condominium.
The completed tenant application signed by both the tenant(s) and unit owner(s).
If employed the tenant(s) W-2 and IRS 1040 forms for the past two (2) years
o Ifself-employed, last three(3)years tax returns.
Copies of social security cards and state issued IDs.
The six (6) most recent consecutive pay stubs of all household members whose income will be used
to determine financial/income eligibility.
Documentation of all other sources of income (i.e. bank statements, investment income, public
assistance, child support, social security benefits, or section 8)
Rent receipts or mortgage receipts for the last six (6) months.
Letter from present landlord (including contact number), stating rent is current. If tenant was living with
relatives, a notarized letter from relative verifying occupancy.
