About Robert:

A native New Yorker, Robert McCain works closely with individual clients, investors and residential real estate developers. His primary focus is new development conversions and ground-up construction, as well as resales of single-family townhouses, co-ops and condominiums in Manhattan and Brooklyn. With his partner, Kristina Wallison, Robert is responsible for over $1 billion in sales.

Robert specializes in directing and managing the design, planning, marketing and sales of new development properties. He is currently co-directing the sales and marketing of 70 Vestry, a new construction condominium in Tribeca, designed by Robert A.M. Stern and developed by Related Companies. With his partner, Kristina Wallison, Robert is responsible for over $1 billion in sales.

Robert specializes in directing and managing the design, planning, marketing and sales of new development properties. He is currently co-directing the sales and marketing of 70 Vestry, a new construction condominium in Tribeca, designed by Robert A.M. Stern and developed by Related Companies. His past developments include the Philip House, a pre-war conversion on the Upper East Side, TriBeCa’s 140 Franklin Street, Fischer Mills, 124 Hudson Street, the Carl Fischer Building conversion, Deborah Berke’s 48 Bond in NoHo and the Devonshire House in Greenwich Village. Robert also re-develops multi-unit townhouses back into single-family homes in and is an active equity investor. Current and past projects include an international boutique hotel, a restaurant and performing arts theater in Panama City, Panama.

A graduate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, he later earned a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development and Investment from NYU. Robert lives with his wife and three sons in West Chelsea and has served as a Trustee of Grace Church School since 2010.
