Lic. Real Estate Salesperson
Tyler Hughes joins CORE as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson working alongside veteran Jim St. Andre. To date, he has been involved in $430 million in residential and commercial sales. At CORE, Tyler will focus on the Upper East Side market, in addition to concentrating on townhouses and commercial listings. With every transaction, Tyler thoroughly analyzes each property’s value while holding extensive knowledge of development rights and zoning laws.
Previously, Tyler worked at Cushman & Wakefield where he focused on Upper East Side investment and townhouse sales as an Associate in the Capital Markets Group. He also has a past career in finance where he evaluated the credit worthiness of middle market companies through financial models.
Tyler earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Maryland. A Long Island native, he currently resides in Manhattan.
